The Challenge
Launch a crowdfunding campaign for a brand-new EdTech product with no prior sales history. The goal: build enough audience trust and excitement to convert followers into early backers before the product was even available.
What I Did
Developed the full pre-launch content strategy and wrote copies across Facebook and Instagram. Defined the campaign's messaging framework, content calendar, and brand tone (including email guidelines) to translate a complex educational product into stories that resonated with parents of elementary school children.
