The Challenge
The festival had an existing social presence but limited reach. Content was formulaic, Reels were absent, and engagement was low. The goal was to expand the festival's digital footprint across both Taiwanese and American audiences in Boston.
What I Did
Overhauled the content strategy by introducing Reels and bilingual content to reach cross-cultural audiences. Appeared on camera and produced promo videos from scratch. Managed a team of 5+ writers to maintain consistent content output across the festival calendar. Participated in on-the-ground event activations to expand awareness and drive attendance.
The Result
263% increase in Instagram viewership compared to the same period prior to taking over. 49% follower growth.
